 understand that playing pickleball or tennis carries risks, including but not limited to sprains, strains, falls, collisions, or serious injury. By booking this court, I agree to assume all risks, release and waive any claims against the facility, staff, or operators, and confirm I’m physically fit to play—no doctor’s note needed unless I say so. I also confirm I’m not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or anything else that could impair me, and I have no known medical conditions that make this unsafe.”
